  How to delete address book from recoh aficio MP W3601 PS 1- select use tool botton (upper in the screan) 2- select "system settings" 3- select adiminstrator tool 4- select address book managment 5-select "delete" 6- then select with address you want to delete 7- select yes to delete from the diologe box The address will be deleted from the address book Please check my videos .......... If you are using the MS word, you needs to add date and time. in insert there is a option for add date and time.  Then if you are use the same documents everyday , you may need to update the date and time every day. there is simple option in word that in box of date and time there check box in below. if it checked the date and time will update automatically.  it very useful for me and i wish to yo too.... please check the my video.   thankssss............ http://letus-share.blogspot.ae/
